White House is Staging a Bloodless Coup

OK, folks--here's the deal- I don't think too many people are realizing this:

1. We currently gather TEN TIMES the amount of revenue required to service our debt, EVERY MONTH.

2. The 14th Amendment states that WE MUST honor and service our debts; meaning that paying and servicing debt MUST COME FIRST. 

3. Barack Obama has been threatening that we WILL DEFAULT on our debt if the debt ceiling is not raised in two days. 

4. The ONLY way this can happen, is if Barack Obama IGNORES the 14th Amendment and REFUSES to service the debt. This means that Barack Obama MUST OPENLY DEFY the Constitution to bring about what he threatens will happen. 

5. Understand also that I believe that Barack Obama FULLY INTENDS to carry out his threat. I believe that Barack Obama MEANS, in direct opposition to the 14th Amendment, to ALLOW the United States to go into default. Like a terrorist with his finger on the button of his suicide vest, he is threatening to DESTROY THE FULL FAITH AND CREDIT OF THE UNITED STATES, placing our economy in RUIN, unless Congress meets his every demand.

6. In effect, Barack Obama is staging what amounts to nothing less than a COUP-- a complete usurpation of the power of the purse that IS EXCLUSIVELY THE PURVIEW of the duly and locally elected United States House of Representatives. 

7. In completely and WILLFULLY ignoring his Constitutional responsibilities with respect to the 14th Amendment, Barack Obama has effectually denounced the primacy of the U.S. Constitution. He is effectively governing by EXECUTIVE FIAT.

In other words, Barack Obama HAS THROWN AWAY THE CONSTITUTION and is in effect GOVERNING AS A DICTATOR! 

UNDERSTAND THIS, PEOPLE--THIS IS NOT HYPERBOLE!

The #Occupy (insert name here) crowd have enmassed quite a few fellow travelers to their cause. But perhaps, though not surprisingly the most noteworthy group to join their cause has been none other than the American Nazi Party:

While anything having to do with even the word "Nazis" has inherent shock value (including the the fact that there even continue to be hate groups such as this), what isn't necessarily surprising is that they are in solidarity with the #Occupy movement.

Now before you go all Godwin on me in this case (actually, you can't-- it is the Nazis' chosen solidarity with the #Occupy movement that makes the movement itself de facto Reducto ad Hitlerum), let me state my case.

First of all, the #Occupy demands (official or not) are incompatible with a free society. #OWS protesters do NOT want a free society. They do not want capitalism. I'm going to come right out and say it: they in fact, want communism. Communism, as history has shown time and time again, has invariably led to lives of misery and untold oppression, not to mention the murder of literally tens of millions of people.

Second, despite what they may tell you, #OWS protestors are not just a bunch of peaceful, warm & fuzzy (albeit pungent) hippies. As there is no way their demands can be met within the legislative process, other than by throwing away the United States Constitution, in order for their utopian society to be realized, an overthrow of the Constitution must be undertaken, and with it, an unavoidably violent revolution. They (at least the politically astute among them) know this. Karl Marx knew this. Lenin knew this. Mao Tse Tung knew this. Castro knew this. Adolph Hitler knew this. And the American Nazi Party knows this.

Third, there is a viral antisemitic theme threading throughout the global and domestic #Occupy movement. There must always be a scapegoat around which one can rally their useful idiots. The #Occupy folks have rallied their troops around minority Jewish bankers...capitalists..that happen to be rich. A veritable trifecta of a target!

And lastly, it should be noted that many democrats of note, including our President, have also sided with the #Occupy crowd.

Envy, oppression, violence, murder, misery.

When it comes down to it, my friends, communists, Nazis, and the Occupy Wall Street crowd are nothing more than different feathers on the same bird.

This is illustrative of the Obama administration's willful ignorance and total disregard for the rule of law. The Obama administration has put its imprimatur on voter intimidation, especially if it enhances his agenda and cements his power.

Expect more of this come November and expect more intimidation of voters and of citizens in general until the day that this thug regime is removed from power.

At the same time, expect a push-back from Americans who will not allow themselves to be subjected to these fascist, jack-booted tactics from a megalomaniacal regime whose aim is to not govern but to subjugate.

Representative Thad McCotter (R-MI) wrote,

“In this giving season, let’s see what the Obama administration and Congressional Democrats have voted to stuff in Americans’ stockings this year:

1. Americans got higher unemployment, taxes and deficits;
2. Seniors got half a trillion dollars in Medicare cuts;
3. Terrorists got new rights, trials and cells on American soil; and
4. Government bureaucrats got raises.

“As these Lefty heavy hitters race around their bases,” said McCotter, “Americans can but conclude: ‘Democrats: too costly, too crazy, too quickly.’”

While I agree with nearly everything McCotter wrote, I think the phrase, "too quickly" is understated and perhaps misplaced.

Not to take anything away from McCotter's resolve, but even if this agenda was moving along at a snail's pace, it would still be moving too quickly in my book.

Their agenda is so poison-filled, to say that it is moving too quickly implies that it would be somehow more palatable and/or maybe even okay if it were moving more slowly. A parasite, even if it feeds slowly, will eventually greatly weaken and/or outright kill its host. Better to get rid of the parasite entirely so that it feeds not at all.

Any part of their agenda that is moving quicker than "dead" is still "too quickly," IMO.

This jockeying by well-intentioned republicans and blue-dogs to re-make or put lipstick on the putrid pig of legislation currently moving through congress will kill us just as surely in the long run as the original bill would promise to do in the short run.

A bill pending in the U.S. Senate to provide shield protection to journalists who choose to protect their sources leaves out one very important part of journalism. I don't usually go to Daily Kos for my information, but a tweet pointed me here:

But those two troublemaking Dems, now identified as Sens. Feinstein (CA) and Durbin (IL), are back again, introducing an amendment to be debated tomorrow that would essentially strike the language above:

AMENDMENT NO.__ Calendar No.__

Purpose: To appropriately limit the protection from compelled disclosure.

IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES—111th Cong., 1st Sess.

S. 448

To maintain the free flow of information to the public by providing conditions for the federally compelled disclo-sure of information by certain persons connected with the news media.

Referred to the Committee on ___ and ordered to be printed Ordered to lie on the table and to be printed

AMENDMENTS intended to be proposed by Mrs. F EINSTEIN (for herself and Mr. D URBIN )

Viz:

In section 10(2)(A), strike clause (iii) and insert the following:

(iii) obtains the information sought while working as a salaried employee of, or independent contractor for, an entity—

(I) that disseminates information by print, broadcast, cable, satellite, mechanical, photographic, electronic, 1or other means; and

(II) that—

(aa) publishes a newspaper, book, magazine, or other periodical;

(bb) operates a radio or television broadcast station, network, cable system, or satellite carrier, or a channel or programming service for any such station, network, system, or carrier;

(cc) operates a programming service; or

(dd) operates a news agency or wire service;

In section 10(2)(B), strike ‘‘and’’ at the end.

In section 10(2)(C), strike the period at the end and insert ‘‘; and’’.

In section 10(2), add at the end the following:

(D) does not include an individual who gathers or disseminates the protected information sought to be compelled anonymously or under a pseudonym.

Basically, Feinstein and Durbin want to restrict shield law protections for those who are either salaried employees or contractors of big media. If not, it's basically fuck you.

Mind you, this is KOS, going after two huge liberals in the Senate.

The First Amendment, of course, reads as follows (emphases added):

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

So.. just who is the press?

When James Madison penned the First Amendment, did he intend to extend and relegate freedom of the press to only the few newspapers that were around at the time? Or did also he mean to include the independent pamphleteers, which were by far more ubiquitous than the established newspapers of the day? Since freedom of the press and freedom of speech are inextricably intertwined, it would be my contention that the original intent of the First Amendment as penned by Madison and approved by the Constitutional Congress meant the inclusion of both under its protections. Bloggers, by extension, are certainly the modern-day counterparts of the pamphleteers who thrived at the time of the Revolution.

There is no doubt in my mind that this amounts to a protectionist measure by the established dead-tree and dinosaur media, along with their willing accomplices in Congress, against its competition in the new media.

In a report compiled last summer, the Race, Culture, Class and Gender Task Group at the U's College of Education and Human Development recommended that aspiring teachers there must repudiate the notion of "the American Dream" in order to obtain the recommendation for licensure required by the Minnesota Board of Teaching. Instead, teacher candidates must embrace -- and be prepared to teach our state's kids -- the task force's own vision of America as an oppressive hellhole: racist, sexist and homophobic.

While matriculating at the School of Arts & Sciences back at UW-Eau Claire in 1988, there was a mandatory prerequisite for graduation called, "Human Relations." True to liberal doublespeak form, rather than being a class that centered on how relationships are formed, it was a wall-to-wall, semester-long diatribe about how whitey was oppressing everyone else. Every week, a guest speaker from the "victim group" du jour would walk into class, grab the podium, and bash every white male student in the room as to how they were oppressing the victim class, simply by breathing.

The only saving grace regarding the "Human Relations" course was that when you were done with all the nonsense you could go about your life and leave the hoop behind. Back then, they didn't actually demand an oath of loyalty to that rubbish as a prerequisite to earn a livelihood.

To wit:

The first step toward "cultural competence," says the task group, is for future teachers to recognize -- and confess -- their own bigotry. Anyone familiar with the reeducation camps of China's Cultural Revolution will recognize the modus operandi.

The task group recommends, for example, that prospective teachers be required to prepare an "autoethnography" report. They must describe their own prejudices and stereotypes, question their "cultural" motives for wishing to become teachers, and take a "cultural intelligence" assessment designed to ferret out their latent racism, classism and other "isms." They "earn points" for "demonstrating the ability to be self-critical."

The task group opens its report with a model for officially approved confessional statements: "As an Anglo teacher, I struggle to quiet voices from my own farm family, echoing as always from some unstated standard. ... How can we untangle our own deeply entrenched assumptions?"

And what of those who resist? Well, as they, as they say, "Haff ways..."

The task group has Orwellian plans for such rebels: The U, it says, must "develop clear steps and procedures for working with non-performing students, including a remediation plan."

I wonder if the "remediation" plan includes being sent to a 're-education' camp.

And what of the great unwashed who managed to escape the ivory tower all-seeing eye of the diversity police at U of M in past years without the benefit of their all-knowing indoctrination?

20 years ago, the Berlin wall was torn down; soon before, President Ronald Reagan exhorted Gorbachev to "Tear down this wall!"

It was the genius of Ronald Reagan's policies, coupled with Maggie Thatcher and Pope John Paul II that fostered the conditions that allowed the two Germanys to unite, as East Germany, which was run like a prison by Michael Gorbachev himself, was under the thumb of communist rule.

But what do these low-life scum do as a "thank you" to Ronald Reagan?

They honor another wad of scum, Gorbachev himself:

Not one mention in the article about Reagan or Thatcher. Not. One.

And don't count on our Alzheimer's-laden secretary of state to recall the real reason for the fall of the Wall & the opening of the Brandenburg Gate:

Clinton paid tribute Germany and other countries who shook loose communist binds.

"We remember the people of the Baltics who joined hands across their land ... we remember the students of Prague who propelled a dissident playwright from a jail cell to the presidency," she said. "And tonight we remember the Germans, and especially the Germans in the East who stood up to say 'No more.'"

But E.U. leaders disappointed climate campaigners by making the offer conditional on donations from other parts of the world and by failing to decide how much Europe would contribute to a global pot of up to 50 billion euros by 2020.

But environmental groups took a mostly negative view of the results of the two-day summit, saying E.U. leaders had chosen vague, global figures and thereby diminished chances of unblocking climate negotiations ahead of the meeting in Copenhagen.

"Europe has failed once again to say how much it is prepared to contribute for climate finance," said Sonja Meister, a climate campaign coordinator for Friends of the Earth Europe. "In every way the EU is shirking its historical responsibilities and blocking progress towards the just and fair agreement the world needs in Copenhagen," she said.

You see folks, this "global warming" scam has nothing to do with global warming, climate change, or any other rot you can think of.

The self-important, self-centered, self-anointed thieving bastards at "Friends of Earth Europe," are friends only unto themselves, and friends only unto their own pocketbooks. The not-so-secret-secret is that groups like The Sierra Club, Earth First and any other envirowhacko group (not to mention the fat cat Algore, a group unto himself) are nothing but shakedown artists, hellbent on transforming the entire earth and its economy into a communist dystopia, selling their vomit packaged as a heap of putrid, pus-filled feces otherwise known as 'climate change legislation,' (or, in this case, the Copenhagen treaty) while, of course, lining their own pockets in the process. Utilizing fear as their currency and browbeating as their clout, they promise to brand eunich politicians who don't bow at their altar of gaia as 'earth haters.'

The time is past nigh to finally hand these communist shakedown artists a collective middle finger, and tell them they can stick their demands where the sun doesn't shine.

Come on, EU leaders--grow some cajones. And while you're at it, pass along a pair to our own band of eunichs.

Is it really an overstatement to liken the current administration's philosophy to Chairman Mao Tse Tung?



I mean, it's not like these clowns weren't vetted properly... Oh, they were vetted, alright.

Remember, Obama comes from a radical left background. Saul Alinsky, Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers, and Bernadine Dohrn were more than just casual or accidental acquaintences. They were Barack Obama, and Barack Obama is them. So it was no accident that the Obama administration appointed the likes of Van Jones, Anita Dunn, Ron Bloom, and other radicals. As a matter of fact, those people were appointed on purpose; for the simple fact that they believe what Obama believes.

Secondly, is it really an overstatement to liken the current adminstration's philosophy and tactics to Mao? Is it really a stretch when Obama sends out his henchmen to single out and attack a media organ, and to encourage other more 'friendly' media organs to shun their brethren? And then himself goes on TV, and in an arrogant, smug, self-righteous manner applauds their efforts?


Is it really an overstatement to liken the current administration's philosophy and tactics to Mao, when Chairman Obama appoints a pay czar, who then takes great delight in dictating 90 percent pay cuts to CEOs of what should have been private businesses?

Can concentration camps be really that far behind?

Folks, how many more times must this administration walk, talk and quack like a Maoist before we realize that the resemblances are more than just a vague coincidence?

Sen. John Ensign (R-Nev.) received a handwritten note Thursday from Joint Committee on Taxation Chief of Staff Tom Barthold confirming the penalty for failing to pay the up to $1,900 fee for not buying health insurance.

Violators could be charged with a misdemeanor and could face up to a year in jail or a $25,000 penalty, Barthold wrote on JCT letterhead. He signed it "Sincerely, Thomas A. Barthold."
