You will remember that Jack Murtha, on May 17, 2006, more than willingly pronounced guilt on the Haditha Marines; saying that the incident was even worse than reported in Time Magazine (having said this even before receiving an official briefing),

Question: having disregarded the Constitutional presumption of innocence for these Marines, will Jack Murtha have the intestinal fortitude to apologize?

Will Jack Murtha, having recklessly disregarded the rights of fellow Marines, do the honorable thing and resign his position in congress?
