Singer/Writer Dan Fogelberg dead at 56...

I know it wasn't really cool to like his music, but like it I did. I'm a lyric kind of guy, and Dan Fogelberg was beyond a doubt a gifted songwriter.

His song, "Another Auld Lang Syne" was a classic "what if" song; and whenever I hear, "Leader of the Band" I always think of my own aging father.

His song, "Longer than" was a wonderful anthem with deep spiritual overtones.

His genius in genuinely touching hearts with his music will most surely be missed!
