Hypocrisy at the UN...who'd a thunk it?

From the Oil for Food scandal, to raping women during "peacekeeping missions," to having state sponsors of terror on their "human rights commission," there has never been a more vile conglomeration of self-serving, profligate corruption than there is in the current form of the United Nations.

In a recent "Food Summit" to discuss world hunger, the following menu was featured:

2008 menu

Vol au vent with sweetcorn and mozzarella
Pasta with cream of pumpkin and shrimps
Veal olives with cherry tomatoes and basil
Fruit salad with vanilla ice cream
Vin Orvieto Classico Poggio Calvelli 2005

This was ostensibly a more "sensitive menu" than was feasted upon at a similar summit in 2002, which featured

2002 menu

Foie gras and toast with kiwi fruit
Lobster in vinaigrette
Fillet of goose with olives
Seasonal vegetables
Compote of fruit with vanilla
Vins multiple fine wines

Said one U.N. scumbag, (emphases added)
“It does not look good if leaders discussing global starvation are seen to be dining lavishly,” an FAO official said. “At the last summit in 2002 we did not give enough thought to the menu and were open - unfairly, in our view - to the charge of hypocrisy.
"Unfairly"???

Time to shut the door permanently on these bozos and instead form an alliance of free nations, whose mission it would be to spread freedom and capitalism around the world, and to free the world of self-serving, tinhorn dictator thugs.

I can guarantee you that if that mission was accomplished, poverty and hunger would vanish in less than a generation.
