1:37p Getting to the nominating of delegates to the National Convention. All candidates are limited to a 1-minute speech. (a good thing since there are 95 candidates!)

Each candidate was asked two questions:

1: Are you a Republican?
2: Will you support John McCain? (yes, no or maybe)

Those who answered 'no' or 'maybe' will still be allowed to run for delegate, but everyone will see the answer. Even elected officials must run for delegate (no 'super delegates here).
