Megalomania illustrated

Now that Hamas has won big in the Palestinian elections, it would appear that they seem to be getting a little big for their turbansbritches:
Shortly after making his comments about the Hamas, Hamas leader Mahmoud Zahar said from Gaza that Israel must change its flag. "Israel must remove the two blue stripes from its national flag", said Zahar. “The stripes on the flag are symbols of occupation. They signify Israel's borders stretching from the River Euphrates to the River Nile." Israel’s national flag, a blue Star of David set between two blue stripes, was designed to resemble a Jewish prayer shawl which traditionally has stripes.(emphasis added)
A bit of friendly advice to Zahar (not that he would heed it):

Now that you are literally in control of what is considered by many to be a sovereign state (Palestine), you are no longer a terrorist organization. You are a terrorist state. As a terrorist state, any attacks you and your dunderheads now perpetrate can now be taken as acts of war, perpetrated on one state by another. One more Hamas suicide bomb in a crowded Israeli market, and you can be prepared for the Gaza strip to be turned into a parking lot.. and to have it legally occupied by Israel in perpetuity.

You should have been more careful in what you asked for.

You ended up by getting it.
