The fifth column again rears its ugly head..
This situation has been dealt with and the guilty have been punished! But even in light of people dying as a result of the Danish cartoons (which they continue to refuse to publish), the Star Diaper has no qualms regarding opening old wounds and fanning the flames, pushing innocent civilians, as well as soldiers further into harm's way. This wasn't just the behavior of a few out-of-control troops.A new batch of horrific Abu Ghraib torture photos has turned up on Australian television and at salon.com. It's not getting much attention in the United States, but it is drawing expressions of disgust and outrage abroad. The difference is remarkable, because those were American soldiers engaged in the abuse. You'd think Americans would be most outraged of all, and would want finally to get an answer to the fundamental unanswered question: How far up the chain of command does responsibility for the Abu Ghraib torture go?
The Star Tribune Credo:
Damn the loss of life!!! We have our own agenda to push!
