2) An honest-to-pete Chicago-style hot dog (Mitch says Polish), with onions, relish, cucumbers, pickles, tomatoes, and sport peppers, topped with celery salt on a poppyseed bun.
3) A Chicago-style Italian Beef and sausage combination served on a hoagie dipped in its own gravy, with hot Italian giardinera and roasted sweet bell peppers (I just served this on New Years day...if you want a great recipe, let me know)
4) My wife's three-bean hot dish, served on a tortilla with habanero sauce.
