Wetterling vs. Bachmann for MN U.S. 6th Congressional District...

This press release from MN GOP:
Wetterling Endorsed For Race She Vowed Never To Run... And Admitted She Couldn't Win

"With today's endorsement, Patty Wetterling enters a race she promised never to run and admitted she couldn't win.

"As a candidate for U.S. Senate, Patty Wetterling said repeatedly that she would not run again in the Sixth District. Patty Wetterling even acknowledged that she cannot win in the Sixth because she is too far to the left of most people in the district.

"There will be a clear choice in this race between Michele Bachmann's common sense conservatism and Patty Wetterling's far-left record.

"Given the clear choice in the race, it is our hope that there will be frequent debates between the candidates."

-Ron Carey, Chairman of the Republican Party of Minnesota

Indeed. There will be a clear choice. Bachmann is clearly pro-life, while Wetterling, who professes to be a child advocate, is anything but an advocate for the most innocent of children, the yet-to-be-born child.

This and this alone will make me think twice before abandoning the Bachmann campaign.

***UPDATE****
