Fellow Minnesota blogger "Captain Ed" Morrissey at
Captain's Quaters, whom I've had the distinct pleasure and honor of meeting on a couple of occasions, has gotten the nod from
The Week Magazine as
Blog of the Year. The Captain now joins the fellow Minnesota bloggers at
Powerline (who were key players in the "Rathergate" scandal). Read about it

Captain Ed has had a rough year with his wife being seriously ill much of the time. It is good that such good, and at the same time hard-won fortune has come his way.
